Shipping
You can choose to have your items sent First Class or Priority Mail.
So far, we have sent half of our items with First Class Mail and we have not
had any problems, but remember that you will not be issued with a tracking number
so you will be unable to track your package. Furthermore, your item will also
be uninsured. With the package option you get a tracking number and you can
thereby track your package at all times, but this option is more expensive.
You can completely avoid shipping by picking up the item yourself.
What does it cost?
- First Class Mail - up to 2000 gr, no tracking possible
- Priority Mail - up to 5 kg, tracking is possible
- If you purchase for more than 1200 DKK outside of Denmark you do not
pay for shipping.

We ship three times a week, namely Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
So normally we sent within 72 hours. However, if you order on a Thursday
evening, more than 3 days may go by. Should you need your items fast, please
let us know and we will try to see if we can get it to you earlier.
Return policy
You always have 14 days to return your article(s). To avoid returns,
carefully read the description of the individual item before you purchase it.
Pay attention to the clothing measurements as well as to your own body
measurements (the best method for determining your own body size is to measure
a piece of clothing you already own and which fits you well). Also pay close
attention to the description of any flaws, so that you aren't surprised
later. Should you still be dissatisfied, please return the article to us, and
we will refund your money. Please do not wear the clothing before returning
it (we will not refund your money if it is clear that you have worn it). You
must also cover the cost of return shipping. Remember that we only reimburse
the price of the item. |
