Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have dress number X in another size?
No, we don't. We only have 1 of each piece of clothing, and only in the size mentioned.

How long can I return things?
In accordance with the Danish law concerning mail order, we accept returns up to 14 days.

Do you also have clothes for men?
Not yet. But we have an ambition about starting up a men's department sometime in 2010. We will tell you about this in our newsletter, when this has become a reality.

Can I pick up my clothes?
Yes, at any time. Write or call us, when you want to stop by, so we will be at home. Please note that you pick up the clothes from our private address on Amager.

Which advantages do I get by joining your Facebook group?
As a Facebook group member you always get 10% discount on all your purchases. Remember to write "Facebook group" in the comment field of your order.

I would like to subscribe to your newsletter - what do I do?

  1. Go to log in, at the top of the front page
  2. Submit your personal details
  3. Make sure that the newsletter box has been checked
  4. You are now subscribed

You can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I reserve a dress?
No, not any more. A number of times we have experienced that people have reserved clothes and thereafter have never come back, so we have stopped doing this.

I was about to pay for my order, when my internet connection was cut off. Now my items are "stuck" at yours, what do I do?

  1. Send us an e-mail that you got stuck in the payment process
  2. We put the items on the site again
  3. You put them in your basket once again and check out like you did before. You do not have to fill out your personal details again, you can just log in.

Unfortunately, we do not have an easier way to handle this problem.

How do I wash my vintage clothes?

Most pieces of vintage clothing should be washed by hand, using a mild washing powder or liquid. Fragile fabrics, such as chiffon, have to be dried flat - not on a hanger!

Some items can go to the dry cleaners, but this is a harsh treatment for clothing, so ask your dry cleaner if your item can tolerate the strong chemicals used in this process. Also remember to choose a dry cleaner who has experience with vintage clothes, otherwise they can destroy your beautiful vintage pieces.
